Book a Project Meeting

Due to popular demand, the GRAND 2014 program features an increased number of dedicated meeting opportunities for project groups. Assigned meeting times and rooms have been set aside at the conference hotel. 

Provision has been made both for project-specific meetings and theme-specific meetings.

Project meetings could involve all participants in a project or could be targeted to just one or more subprojects or to a discussion topic relevant to a selected group of researchers.

Theme meetings could be discussions with the theme's project leaders and co-leaders led by the theme leader and co-leader, or could be more targeted meetings that focus on particular issues within a theme that need to be discussed by a selected group of researchers.

Meetings will be booked using an online booking system.

Meeting room capacities range from 16-36 persons; if you wish to hold a meeting that exceeds these capacities, please contact Tahina Awan and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The deadline for all groups to book a meeting room is May 9.

2:45pm-5:00pm (*see note below) 

Thursday, May 15

12:00-1:30pm (lunch)

Friday, May 16
7:30am-9:00am (breakfast)
12:00-1:30pm (lunch) 

*Theme meeting booking requests for the 2:45-5:00pm slot on Wednesday, May 14 will be given priority.
