**GRAND Project Champions and Partner Representatives include representatives from all GRAND partner organizations, and all those individuals who have been designated as a "Project Champion" for a GRAND project.
***GRAND Students/PostDocs are those students and post doctoral fellows who are directly involved with a GRAND project and supervised or co-supervised by a GRAND Network Investigator. All such students/postdocs are welcome to attend the conference at these rates, however only some will be eligible for travel and accommodation subsidies (see below). For details read the GRAND 2013 Travel and Accommodation Subsidies Policy.
Conference Registration Benefits
Conference registration benefits include access to all GRAND 2013 conference plenaries and sessions, and several joint GRAND 2013 and Canada 3.0 conference plenaries and sessions. In addition, the fee covers access to the Opening Reception (May 14); all Lunches (May 14-16) and all Breaks (May 14-16).

Please let us know during the registration process of any dietary, accessibility or other special requirements you may have. To the extent reasonably possible, efforts will be made to accommodate your needs. Please use the Special Requirements field in the registration form.
Refund Policy
A refund for registration fees less a 25% administration fee will be made to any registered participant who cancels his or her registration by April 12, 2013. No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received after April 12, 2013.

Travel and Accommodation
The Delta Chelsea Hotel will host GRAND 2013 delegates. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, the Delta Chelsea Hotel is within walking distance of the College subway station and minutes away from the city's main entertainment and shopping districts.
When booking your guestroom at the Delta Chesea, please identify yourself as being part of the GRAND NCE group, or use the GMFGNCE booking code at the time you book, in order to receive GRAND 2013 group rates.

Special Note for Students and Postdocs: Accommodation arrangements will be made by the GRAND administrative office on behalf of students and postdocs who are presenting a poster and have been designated by a GRAND project to receive such a subsidy, those who have been selected to present Research Notes or those who are assisting with the coordination of the conference. These three categories of students and postdocs will have their accommodation covered further to the GRAND 2013 Travel and Accommodation Subsidies Policy.

Toronto’s primary airport is Toronto Pearson Airport. The city also has a small commercial airport, the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, located downtown (Porter Airlines).
Transportation to and from Toronto Pearson Airport
Airport Express Shuttle: The Airport Express takes about 40 minutes to reach downtown Toronto and costs about Cdn$17 one-way. The Airport Express Shuttle runs from the Arrivals terminal at Pearson International Airport to downtown Toronto hotels, including the Delta Chelsea, every 40 minutes between 4:15 am and 11:10 pm. By Taxi: Taxis to hotels in downtown Toronto cost between $40 and $50, plus tip, and take about 30 - 40 minutes.
Transportation to and from Toronto City Centre - Billy Bishop Airport
Airport Shuttle: A free Porter Airlines shuttle runs from the ferry terminal to Union Train Station ONLY every 15-20 minutess from 05:30-22:30.
By Taxi: Taxis to hotels in downtown Toronto cost between $20 and $25, plus tip, and take about 10 – 20 minutes. Taxis wait outside the ferry terminal on Bathurst St.
Toronto has an extensive public transit system. The city is served by a comprehensive bus network comprised of 150 different routes, as well as the most extensive rapid transit system in Canada. .
