All fees are in Canadian dollars. Administrative fees and HST included. 

*GRAND Researchers include all GRAND Principal Network Investigators (PNIs) and all GRAND Collaborating Network Investigators (CNIs).

**GRAND Project Champions and Partner Representatives include representatives from all GRAND partner organizations, and all those individuals who have been designated as a "Project Champion" for a GRAND project.

***GRAND Students/PostDocs are those students and post doctoral fellows who are directly involved with a GRAND project and supervised or co-supervised by a GRAND Network Investigator. All such students/postdocs are welcome to attend the conference at these rates, however only some will be eligible for travel and accommodation subsidies (see below). For details read the GRAND 2012 Travel and Accommodation Subsidies Policy

**** Non-GRAND students are those students and post doctoral fellows enrolled in university who are not involved with a GRAND project.

Conference Registration Benefits

Conference registration benefits include access to all conference plenaries and sessions, unless noted "by invitation only". In addition, the fee covers access to the Opening Reception (May 2); Special Reception + Screening (May 3); all Breakfasts (May 2-4); and all Lunches (May 2-4).

Please let us know during the registration process of any dietary, accessibility or other special requirements you may have. To the extent reasonably possible, efforts will be made to accommodate your needs. Please use the Special Requirements field in the registration form.

Refund Policy

A refund for registration fees less a 25% administration fee will be made to any registered participant who cancels his or her registration by April 5, 2012. No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received after April 5, 2012.

Accommodation

Le Centre Sheraton Montréal Hotel will host GRAND 2012, as the conference as well as accommodation venue. Stay on-site to attend sessions, network, and enjoy numerous hotel services, all the while staying in the heart of Montréal.

Special Note for Students and Postdocs: Accommodation arrangements will be made by the GRAND administrative office on behalf of students and postdocs who are presenting a poster and have been designated by a GRAND project to recieve such a subsidy, those who have been selected to present Research Notes or those who are assisting with the coordination of the conference. These three categories of students and postdocs will have their accommodation covered further to the GRAND 2012 Travel and Accommodation Subsidies Policy.

Applicable students and postdocs are reminded to review the Timeline in order to meet the required booking deadlines.  Housing is available on a first come, first serve basis. 

Transportation / Tourist Information 

Montréal is serviced by the Pierre-Elliot-Trudeau International Airport which is located only 17 minutes from this downtown Montreal hotel. Getting to and from Montréal–Trudeau Airport.

Montréal has an excellent public transit system. Most of Montreal's landmarks and tourist attractions are accessible by Metro, and the city is served by a comprehensive bus network comprised of 170 different routes.
