Jacquelyn Martino is an artist-researcher concentrating on emerging forms of computational design and interaction technology. She combines her worlds of art, design and code in the areas of industrial software research and technology intersected artistic practice.
Jacquelyn researches how people use tools and design interactions for business applications. Her current projects include Financier and Ensemble for Software Development Governance. Her art-research focus is on design computation as it relates to computational drawing and human computer interaction in an area that she define as hand-drawn computing.
Jacquelyn was selected as an IBM Master Inventor in 2011 for a three year term. She is also active in ACM/SIGGRAPH, the professional Association for Computing Machinery's Special Interest Group on Graphics and Interactive Techniques.
