Dr. Brian Wyvill is a Professor of Computer Science and Canada Research Chair at the University of Victoria. He has worked in the field of computer graphics since 1971. Prior to UVIC, he was a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Calgary (1981-2006). Research interests include procedural modelling and animation particularly with implicit surfaces, parallel algorithms for modelling and rendering, sketch based interfaces and NPR rendering for computer graphics.
