Andrew Alleyne is a partner at Fasken Martineau and is the Toronto region representative on the Technology and Intellectual Property practice group’s Steering Committee. He provides strategic legal services to a wide range of clients in a broad corporate commercial practice with a particular focus on outsourcing and information technology matters. Andrew advises on asset and share acquisitions and drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements related to outsourcings, consulting arrangements, software licensing and maintenance and support agreements (both for licensors and licensees), cloud computing and/or hosted arrangements, other customer and supplier arrangements, and Internet and e-commerce matters (including website terms and conditions and consumer protection related issues). He also advises Canadian and foreign entities with respect to Canadian legal and regulatory aspects of online gambling.

Andrew’s wide range of clients include Fortune 100 companies, leading-edge technology companies, and other companies in the financial institutions, mining, health care, transportation and communications industries, among others. He also advises on cross-border transactions, including the establishment of Canadian operations, for U.S. and other foreign entities corporations.
