GRAND NCE in association with the University of British Columbia Media and Graphics Interdisciplinary Centre (Magic Lab) is pleased to host the I-Cubed (I3) – Idea, Innovation and Inaugurate Challenge. Participating companies/teams will pitch their business idea to a panel of judges drawn from the digital media and investment communities and the successful participants will be rewarded with a 3-month residency in the MAGIC Lab, and in-kind technical and business mentoring and support to take the idea/innovation and business proposal to the next stage.
Digital media developers, startups, and entrepreneurs as well as students and faculty are cordially invited to learn more about the I-Cubed program, contribute to the pitch event, and to apply to the next I-Cubed (3) challenge.
The event will conclude with a reception. Attendance limited to 50.
