The 8th Annual General Meeting of Research Canada will draw a unique roster of Canadian and U.S. panelists to discuss how to build stronger industry partnerships and more active online communities of health advocates to transform discovery research into commercial innovations and better health care. With over 100 leading scientists, industry experts, government officials, university executives and journalists, it is one of the only events of its kind to actively engage those at the forefront of health research in Canada.
Dr. Anatoliy Gruzd, Associate Professor, School of Information Management & Director, Social Media Lab, Dalhousie University will join the Social Media Panel at the AGM. The panel will explore how social media helps researchers, health care professionals, patients and other key stakeholders share and promote health research.
