Jason J. Kee is the Director, Policy & Legal Affairs at the Entertainment Software Association of Canada, a position he has held since January 2008. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, where his practice had an emphasis on information technology, intellectual property, entertainment and interactive media related matters.
He has served as the Technology Liaison, Entertainment, Media and Communications Section of the Ontario Bar Association, and was a founder of the Ad Hoc Committee on Interactive Media of the Canadian IT Law Association.
Jason earned a B.A. (Hons.), in Japanese Studies and History, and a J.D., both at the University of Toronto.
